Please summarise your contributions to the Cardano blockchain, ecosystem, and community to date. We have been working with the Cardano Foundation and the Dubai Police on the Decentralized Automated Ballistic Identification System (DABIS) among a lot of other projects, such as the 1st ever Cardano Community Summit 2022 event in Dubai, the Cardano Summit 2023 Dubai, the Cardano Summit 2024 Dubai.
With regards to the 5 measures of competency, and with regards to your contributions summarised in the previous question, please describe why people should vote for you. Due to the high level of technical and operational engagement with the Cardano Foundation within the above projects that we have been working on, as well as our 20 years of experience in the field of Public safety & security and digital forensics we firmly believe that we are very much capable of fulfilling all expectations for this role.
Why is decentralized governance important to you? Decentralized governance is crucial because it ensures that the future of the Cardano blockchain is secured by the direct participation of all ADA holders and stakeholders. The collective wisdom and involvement of the community are far more powerful than any single organization or individual. To tackle the challenges of the coming decades, it's essential to create a decentralized system that empowers every ADA holder with equal rights, power, and authority. This approach fosters transparency, resilience, and inclusivity, making the system robust and sustainable for the long term.
What perspective would you bring to the committee if successful? Having had the opportunity to live, work, and study in various countries over the past four decades, we have gathered invaluable cultural and political wisdom at regional, national, and international levels. This experience has provided us with a deep understanding of governance, both politically and within organizations. Consequently, we bring a strong foundation for recognizing the need and potential of a well-structured, community-driven constitution. This constitution would serve as the fundamental infrastructure for a committee-led and governed decentralized system, ensuring that collective wisdom and collaboration are at the forefront of our governance model.
