Scope:

• Establish a Cardano governance metadata standard

Deliverables:

1. Respond to comments and as appropriate, update the Cardano governance metadata standard CIP on a weekly basis

2. Respond to comments and provide CIP updates, as appropriate and based on comments, at least once a month

3. Provide a CIP update, with a design based on consolidated stakeholder and workshop feedback

4. Provide a Cardano governance metadata standard CIP update, with a design based on stakeholder feedback

5. Implement a Rust library for parsing and working with Cardano governance metadata as specified in the CIP
