LATAM - deliverables

Initiate and communicate community hub launch
Appoint individual hub managers for Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and Columbia or Uruguay (TBD)
Run local meet ups, a launch event and monthly local Town Hall meetings in each country
Translate event materials and marketing materials into the relevant language
Set up communication channels including Discord within the LATAM community
Define membership fees and encourage membership sign ups
Frequent forward planning of quarters based on feedback
Present LATAM hub at Annual Members Meeting in October 2024
Present LATAM hub at Constitutional Convention in December 2024

Create Japan Hub Report and manage the ongoing development
Run local meet ups, a launch event, side events and monthly local Town Hall meetings

Engage with Universities to explore strategic partnerships
Define membership fees for 2025 and encourage membership sign ups
