# Africa (Ghana, DRC & Kenya)

## Deliverables

**Month 1**

* Setup of hub and bootstrap (Communication of hub launch, definition of regional town halls, date setting and invites to Wada-Intersect community).
* Communicate intentions to prospective members and regional leads.
* Plan for Intersect roll out with regional leads, including town halls, local events and membership sign-up process.
* Marketing and engagement for the Intersect opportunity.
* Communicate membership benefits.

**Month 2**

* Discussion and creation of a joint-branding campaign for regional members to integrate Intersect promotional materials.
* Translation of initial communications content.
* First monthly Town Hall meeting focused on Central Africa (detail capture). Communicate membership benefits.
* Community Hub Page live on Intersect site.
* Setup Intersect Africa Members Discord (within Intersect).

**Month 3**

* Research and consultations prospective members on fees.
* Quarterly meeting with Intersect leadership to discuss results, and present findings, plans and needs/support for the next quarter.
* Second monthly Town Hall meeting focused on West Africa (detail capture).

**Month 4**

* Third monthly Town Hall meeting focused on East Africa (detail capture).
* Communicate membership benefits.
* Generate community-driven insights and feedback.

**Month 5**

* Fourth monthly Town Hall meeting covering all Regions (detail capture). Communicate membership benefits.
* Prepare members for the Annual Member Meeting in Japan through engagements and consultations.
* Prepare members for the Constitutional Convention in Argentina through engagements and consultations.
