  • Translation of initial communications content (value proposition - Spanish / Portuguese).

Month 2

  • First monthly LATAM Town Hall meeting (detail capture).

  • Opening of paid membership.

  • Community Hub Page live on Intersect site.

Month 3

  • Quarterly meeting with Intersect leadership to discuss results, and present findings, plans and needs/support for the next quarter.

  • Second monthly LATAM Town Hall meeting (detail capture).

  • Start to attract and sign up LATAM companies.

  • Communicate membership benefits.

Month 4

  • Brazil Hub Manager appointed.

  • Launch Portuguese Town Hall (detail capture).

  • LATAM Town Hall meeting Spanish and Portuguese (detail capture).

  • Generate driven community insight and feedback.

Month 5

  • Argentina hub launched and Hub Manager appointed.

  • LATAM Town Hall meeting Spanish and Portuguese (detail capture).

Month 6

  • Colombia hub launched and Hub Manager appointed.

  • Quarterly meeting with Intersect leadership to discuss results, and present findings, plans and needs/support for the next quarter.

  • LATAM Town Hall meeting Spanish and Portuguese (detail capture).

Month 7

  • Mexico hub launched and Hub Manager appointed.

  • LATAM Town Hall meeting Spanish and Portuguese (detail capture).

  • 2025 hub proposal including costed activities. 2025 membership fee setting.

  • Present LATAM hub at AMM.

  • Present LATAM hub at Constitutional Convention.
