Month 1

Setup of hub in line with the Hub Shaper’s Handbook including setting up of hub email, joining the Intersect Discord server and setting up social media channels.
Communication of hub launch via social media channels, definition of regional town halls, date setting and invites to local community.
Communicate membership benefits to local community.
Translation of initial communications content into relevant language.
Identify and propose events that Intersect, as well as the Hub, should attend in 2024.
Update Status Report in line with Hub Shaper’s Handbook.
Update Events Tracker in line with Hub Shaper’s Handbook.

Month 2

Prepare for first Town Hall and other upcoming events e.g. create marketing materials.
First monthly Europe Town Hall meeting (detail capture).
Inform Intersect of any upcoming events they should attend.
Use social media channels effectively for discussions and promotions of events, such as Discord and X.
Host at least one X Space.
Create a launch event plan.
Update Status Report in line with Hub Shaper’s Handbook.
Update Events Tracker in line with Hub Shaper’s Handbook.

Month 3

Second monthly Town Hall meeting (detail capture).
Start to attract and sign up Europe-based companies (involving Businesses and/or University establishments).
Use social media channels for promotion before and after events & engaging on a weekly basis with Intersect.
Attend/host any specified events.
Host at least one X Space.
Host launch event.
Update Status Report in line with Hub Shaper’s Handbook.
Update Events Tracker in line with Hub Shaper’s Handbook.

Month 4
