Deliverables

Month 1

  • Setup of hub and bootstrap (Communication of hub launch, definition of regional town halls, date setting and invites to Sri Lankan community).

  • Communicate membership benefits.

  • Translation of initial communications content (value proposition – Sinhalese).

Month 2

  • Conduct outreach activities to engage with the local Tech community and raise awareness about the hub. Participation in local events, and online engagement through forums and social media such as X spaces to generate driven community insight and feedback.

  • First Online Town-hall event to Introduce the Concept of the Hub to the Sri Lankan Community (detail capture).

  • Community Hub Page live on Intersect site.

  • Setup Sri Lankan Hub Members Discord (within Intersect).

Month 3

  • Quarterly meeting with Intersect leadership to discuss results, and present findings, plans and needs/support for the next quarter.

  • Holding the First Physical Community Launch Event of Intersect x Coin Ceylon for the Hub (100 to 150 Pax).

  • Creation of Marketing & Promotional Merchandise to Enhance Exposure.

  • Enhance the attractiveness of signing up to Intersect by offering exclusive promotional merchandise.

  • New members to receive items such as a branded T-shirt or eco-friendly tote bag as a welcome gift upon joining, adding value to the membership and encouraging sign-ups during our initial membership drive.

  • Engaging with local media outlets and launching digital campaigns.

Month 4

  • Host a virtual town hall event focusing on recent developments in Cardano and intersect with attendance of Cardano / Intersect officials and gather community feedback to engage with new members.

  • Develop and release intersect’s info-graphic content in Sinhalese Language to increase exposure into Cardano & Intersect.

  • Increase interactions with local press and electronic media, aiming for national news coverage of events conducted.

Month 5

  • Begin translation of Intersect content into Secondary local language (Tamil), focusing on member on-boarding and general content.

  • Organize a physical town hall / Workshop event with (Virtual) presentations from Official Cardano / Intersect Representatives ongoing developments Begin production of promotional video content in Sinhalese, detailing Intersect / Cardano projects and community initiatives.

  • Focused on using the content on local electronic media to increase membership drive.

Month 6

  • Host a networking soirée physical event for community members with invitations to local business leaders and company representatives.

  • Continue video content production, now including Tamil versions, to broaden reach of content within the local and Tamil-speaking communities outside Sri Lanka.

  • Hold another virtual town hall event to discuss ongoing projects in the eco system, and educate the members of new developments and future directions, including speakers from the Cardano community who are currently building on the ecosystem.

Month 7

  • Engagement with Local Universities to explore strategic partnerships to gain more members and provide opportunities for interested individuals to build on Cardano.

  • Host a physical town hall event to conclude the initial phase, to engage with members and gather feedback, and plan for further sustainable community-led activities.

  • Conduct a comprehensive research review of the hub impact, focusing on membership growth and engagement levels and prepare a report.
